Persimmon Tree Info

This tree is a Japanese Persimmon planted 20 years ago. It is pollinator friendly and has only started producing fruit over the past four years or so. 
The fruit is ready when it falls to the ground, not before.
It is a small fruit with a big seed, but very edible.
The sheet on the ground is there to help keep fruit clean for you (and to aid in cleanup).
